Join us for the 2012 Leukemia Cup Regatta Events!
May 19, 2012: Junior Regatta Challenge at Christchurch School
This junior event targets youth sailing enthusiasts. Schools from across Virginia will participate in this exciting fundraising event and race.
June 21, 2012: Sail-A-Thon at Fishing Bay Yacht Club
Children and young adults collect pledges and donation for the number of laps they can sail around the course in the allotted timeframe. This is not a race. Trophies are awarded for top fundraisers and each participant receives a goodie band and T-shirt!
July 6 - 8, 2012: Regatta Race Weekend at Stingray Point Marina
Friday evening - Skipper check-in and an evening with Gary Jobson, National Chair of The Leukemia Cup Regatta. Private reception for top fundraising sailors with Gary Jobson!
Saturday - Racing begins during the day followed by an evening gala including dinner, top fundraiser awards, a silent and live auction, and featuring live music by Premiere.
Sunday - Racing concludes followed by Regatta sailing awards!
