Fantasy Sail with Gary Jobson
Fantasy Sail with Gary Jobson
Picture yourself and your crew, sailing off scenic New York Harbor, sun glinting off the water and a stiff breeze catching your sails. This could have been you, if you had participated in the 2011 Leukemia Cup Regatta and raised at least $8,500 to advance LLS's mission. And it could be you at the 2012 Fantasy Sail which will take place December 7-9, 2012 in New Orleans! Fundraisers who meet the minimum by November 1, 2012, will be invited to sail with Leukemia Cup Regatta Chairman Gary Jobson and their fellow top fundraisers in the annual, exciting weekend and race, and enjoy a reception at the prestigious Southern Yacht Club. We will also select the winners of a West Marine shopping spree and a Moorings charter. (The winner of the drawing does not have to be present at the Fantasy Sail. Each Leukemia Cup participant throughout the country who has raised at least $500 in donations is automatically eligible for selection. Contact us for further information).
Jobson, who has been hosting the event for 17 years, sailed aboard many of the boats and spent time with all participants. View pictures from the 2011 and past Fantasy Sails and read a blog about the 2011 Fantasy Sail Weekend by Doris Colgate of Offshore Sailing School.
Don't miss out on this extraordinary opportunity. Participate in the 2012 Leukemia Cup Regatta. Raise funds to fund lifesaving research. And maybe there'll be a photo of you at the 2012 Fantasy Sail on our website!
