Participate as a Skipper
When you register as a Skipper, you are taking on an important role - not only will you be leading your crew in the Regatta, you'll be their role model as a fundraiser and help them understand their own role as participants. Some of them may not be familiar with the work of LLS, and you can let them know that The Leukemia Cup Regatta is more than a fabulous day on the water, it's also a way to help people with cancer live better, longer lives.
Three races, and I have to say it was the most fun sailing I have had in a long long time.
