Raise a sail, save a life!  The 14th Annual Leukemia Cup Regatta sets sail in Charleston Harbor on October 1-2, 2010.  This signature event combines the joy of sailing with the important task of raising money to cure cancer.  The Leukemia Cup Regatta has raised millions of dollars for lifesaving research and patient services, bringing help and hope to patients and their families.

The Leukemia Cup Regatta is more than boats and crews racing.  It is sailors in 46 Regattas across the United States who have elevated their competition to a whole new level.  Locally, it is a community coming together to help fight leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers, through a weekend of fun events: sailing, live and silent auctions, food, music, and more!

Raise Funds!
You can raise more than a sail to help fight leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma by raising funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Captains, crew and non-sailors alike are encouraged to join in the fight to eradicate blood cancer.

Fundraising online is one of the easiest and quickest ways to make an impact.
Crew and virtual sailors click here to set up your own online fundraising website.

Fundraising is easy and doesn't need to be time consuming.  Just ask us how you can get started!  Each participant receives a comprehensive fundraising handbook filled with incentives, event ideas and sample letters.  Top Fundraisers can qualify for great prizes, but you'll also be helping save lives and to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.

Leukemia is the number-one disease killer of children.  However, it affects eight times as many adults. The good news is that the cure rates have increased dramatically over the past 30 years. With your support, we could see the end of leukemia and lymphoma within our lifetime!  These statistics are why we welcome this incredible opportunity to help others who are fighting these diseases.

Hats off to the Charleston sailing community for raising nearly $1,337,000 over the past 13 years!  We applaud your continued support of our vital mission.

Congratulations to the 2009 Top Fund Raising Boat!
