When sailors participate in The Leukemia Cup Regatta, they raise valuable funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to invest in research to find cures for blood cancers?leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma?and to help improve the lives of patients and families.

The 14th annual Illinois Leukemia Cup Regatta will take place on August 27-28, 2010 in Chicago at Columbia Yacht Club.

Most people have been touched by cancer. This is how sailors give back.

Register now to be a part of this incredible event by downloading our registration form. Once you submit your completed form, your boat will be entered to race on Saturday, August 28, 2010. After receiving your registration form, you will receive a welcome email confirming you are entered to race. This email will also include tips on how you can start your own fundraising campaign to make a difference.

Raise Funds:

As you raise a sail you can help fight leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma by raising funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Throughout the Spring and Summer captains, crew and non-sailors alike are encouraged to join in the fight to eradicate blood cancer. By reaching out to your friends and family you can help fund life-saving blood cancer research.

Fundraising is easy and doesn't need to be time consuming. Each participant will receive a comprehensive fundraising packet filled with incentives, event ideas and sample letters. We'll also help you set up your very own online fundraising website. Fundraising online is one of the easiest and quickest ways to make an impact. Top fundraisers can qualify for great prizes while making an impact in the lives of those affected by blood cancer.

The 14th annual Leukemia Cup is a two-day event that will take place on August 27-28, 2010. All activities will take place at Columbia Yacht Club in Chicago, Illinois.
